Boschendal has been at the forefront of South Africa’s bubbly-producing wine farms for more than 300 years, and Le Grande Pavillon Brut Rosé is no exception to the farm’s high standard. Le Grande Pavillon Brut Rosé is made in the classic Methode Cap Classique method, with grapes harvested early from Boschendal’s finest vineyards. The unique salmon hue is achieved through a combination of various red grape cultivars mixed with chardonnay, while the pronounced fruit structure comes about after 12 months on the lees. The end result is an MCC that is versatile enough to be savoured on its own or paired with seafood, salads and poultry.
