Eric goes to Noma

Eric Bulpitt of Jardine in Cape Town went to Noma, the world’s number one restaurant as voted by S.Pellegrino, for a stage. 

A stage is a period of time in which a chef works in another’s kitchen to learn about different techniques and cuisines.
