The restaurant is always busy which has resulted in the service being abominable to say the least. If you want to sit down for a quick coffee and bite to eat you can forget the quick part. The menu and offerings are not fantastic and the prices certainly will not wow you either. Whatever you do, do not order a glass of water after your meal unless you are willing to pay R7 for tap water.
I had to be in Bryanston for an early meeting. Googled "best Bryanston breakfast" and came up with 2B review. Never heard of it before. Had the best omelette ever and amazing coffee! Didn't need to eat the rest of the day.
Simply awesome. I will be back!
I enjoyed lunch at 2b yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my mushroom and brie sandwich on 100% toasted rye bread. The flavours of the perfectly seasoned mushrooms complemented the brie beautifully and the baby rocket added just the right amount of freshness to the dish. To bring it all together and top it off sensationally? The best red onion marmalade I've ever tasted :) The balance of flavours was perfect. Thank you for the yumminess!

Scrumptious breakfast. The French toast, poached eggs, and their breakfast BLT are all absolutely delicious. The food tastes as good as it looks. Will certainly return.

Service and food excellent, but I really object to getting margarine instead of butter for my toast. Why this change? It was always butter until a few months ago...
