The newly named Trees restaurant at the Townhouse Hotel and Conference Centre in Cape Town has re-opened its doors following a striking redesign. Located on the hotel's first floor, the restaurant boasts large glass windows, ladder-back chairs and origami-inspired lampshades. Guests can look forward to dishes and homemade desserts based on a simple, classic style. Some favourites include roasted glazed pork belly, slow braised oxtail and hot chocolate pudding.
