I went to Tsunami for the first time last night. It was quite unexpected as we had the intention of heading to a familiar restaurant in the center. Rob - the manager, stopped us in our tracks and asked where we were eating tonight. He has such a phenomenal presence with guests and the way he interacts with them. We were sold in seconds and he made an effort to make our evening enjoyable. He recommended the lamb wrack and prawns & mussels cooked in a french white wine sauce which we didn't hesitate in ordering. The menu has variety and even opted to have sushi as a starter. As a big sushi lover, and coming from Cape Town, my standards of sushi are quite high. I must admit the sushi was divine along with the cocktails we had. Rob joined us towards the end of the evening and had a chance to get to know him. I have dubbed Tsunami as my weekly go to restaurant!

A must try is their dessert with frozen berries, bar one and home made strawberry ice cream #todiefor

Can't wait to go back :)
