Enjoy a three-course meal from the a la carte menu at Balducci this New Year’s Eve. Tuck into starters of baked eggplant, grilled calamari or oysters. Mains include beef fillet and a shellfish platter and finish with dessert options of mixed berries, crème brûlée, white Lindt chocolate cheesecake or coffee and handmade pralines. Belthazar Restaurant & Wine Bar (V&A Waterfront)

Welcome in 2020 with the three-course menu at Belthazar. Enjoy starters of springbok carpaccio, grilled calamari or oysters, main course options of grain-fed fillet or rib-eye, luxury meat and fish platter or the shellfish platter. Burger & Lobster (City Bowl)

Spend New Year’s Eve in the glam 1920s at Burger and Lobster this year. There are different tickets available, with an entry ticket (R400) including a watermelon cocktail on arrival, unlimited floating canapés and one drinks token to use at the bar. Meloncino (V&A Waterfront)

Enjoy live entertainment and a four-course menu at Meloncino this New Year’s Eve. Tuck into Italian-style oven-roasted lamb shank, kingklip fillet, homemade canneloni pasta filled with fresh baby spinach and homemade taglioni pasta. Celebrate the last day of 2019 with a New Year’s Eve dinner at Taj Hotel. The Reserve is hosting a buffet dinner for R1 550 per person. Bombay Brasserie will serve a set menu for R1 895 per person.
