Chefs and Champagne in Franschhoek

Bubbles will be fizzing in Franschhoek on March 28 and 29 at the lavish Chefs and Champagne  weekend.

Restaurants in the gourmet capital taking part are Le Franschhoek (serving Pierre Jourdan), Haute Cabriére (Pierre Jourdan), Bread & Wine (Môreson and Guy Charbaut), Mange Tout (Billecart Salmon), Le Quartier Français (variety serving), Dieu Donne (Dieu Donne and Paul Pothelet), Reuben’s (Graham Beck), and Cotage Fromage (Colmant).

Each restaurant has a special offering from sublime meals under the night sky to five course vinoteque dinner.
