Highlights are slow-roasted marmalade-glazed gammon with a pineapple-and-maple syrup; slow-braised beef short rib with root vegetables; caramel-and-hazelnut torte with saffron-poached pear; and decadent chocolate brownie with peanut-butter fudge.
Christmas day breakfast buffet: Tuck into bowls of homemade muesli with farm-fresh yoghurt and freshly cut fruit; smoked and grilled farmhouse back bacon; oven-roasted pork and beef sausages, flapjacks with syrup, fruit coulis and Irene Farm cream, and much more. The menu will be served from 8am until 10.30am. Last bookings will be at 10am. The buffet is available at R195 per person and it includes crackers and hats. Children 6 to 12 years of age pay half price and children 5 years old and younger can dine for free.

To end your dining experience on a sweet note, try their dessert options of old-fashioned Christmas pudding with brandy-enhanced custard and dark-chocolate mousse laced with burnt orange. The lunch buffet is available at R495 per person, R247.50 per child aged 6 to 12, and R50 per child aged between 2 and 5. Lunch is served from 12pm.

Christmas day Lunch: Just in case you missed the Christmas Eve dinner, you can book a spot and tuck into the same menu. Other highlights to be expected is the Persian turkey, turkey roulade, pomegranate, mint, ras-el-hanout lentils, olive crumbs and aubergine crisp. A separate menu will be put together for children aged between 4 and 10. The price per person is R585, and R195 for children under the age of 10.
Christmas day: Enjoy a buffet-style lunch and dinner with a spread of Italian antipasti, a selection of starters, mains and desserts. There will also be a glass of complimentary bubbles on arrival. The menu will feature the likes of lamb kidneys in Dijon cream, roast turkey, traditional gammon, and roasted lamb shoulder. Puddings of profiteroles, trifle and Christmas pudding will end off the meal. The lunch and dinner will both cost R590 per person and R250 per children under the age of 12. No infants or children under the age of 3 will be admitted.
Christmas day lunch: Book a spot at Le-Si Restaurant this Christmas and enjoy a three-course lunch at R395 per person. Children between the ages of 4 and 8 pay R197.50, children between 2 and 4 pay R120, and children under the age of 2 dine at no cost. Booking is essential.
