Food of love?

Throughout history, certain foods and drink have been known to put the ‘va-va-voom’ back into the bedroom. Although these days, it would seem that Bacchus reigns supreme in the game of love.

The consumption of Aphrodisiacs (derived from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love) is an ancient practice, but claims that these foods of love increase sexual desire or performance have not been substantiated by medical science.

Even so, if a side order of footsy-footsy is what you have planned for dinner, we recommend that you opt for dishes that contain these ingredients (just to be safe):

Rocket
– Chocolate
– Seaweed
– Oysters
– Artichokes
– Asparagus
– Strawberries
– Tomatoes
– Truffles
– Mangos
