Elephant & Barrel Village Pub (Franschhoek)

Pull in for a hearty meal, washed down by a discounted beer or cocktail. Happy hour runs Mondays to Fridays from 6pm to 7pm, when CBC, Jack Black and SAB beers are R30 and cocktails cost R45.

The Happy Oak (Stellenbosch)

If it’s between 1pm and 2pm or 5.30pm and 6.30pm, you’ll want to make your way to The Happy Oak for happy hour. Also, if it’s Thursday, there’s a two-for-one cocktail special you might want to take advantage of.

Nom Nom Eatery (Somerset West)

Add a few slurps in between the noms at this relaxed eatery. On Cocktail Thursdays, happy hour starts at 6pm when all cocktails are half price.

Piza e Vino (Stellenbosch and Somerset West)

Pizza and wine is such a lovely combination, and even better when the wine is discounted. Buy one and get another free every Monday to Friday, between 5pm and 6pm. The special applies to house wine and selected beer.

The trendy eatery invites you to pick your poison between 4pm and 6pm every day. You can get two selected beers, wines or cocktails for the price of one.

Cocktails go for half price Mondays to Fridays between 3pm and 6pm at this vibey Dorp Street restaurant.
