Food

A compact menu of seasonally appropriate food awaits you on the á la carte dinner menu. Everything is cooked with care and beautifully plated. Expect starters such as gravlax or a classic duck terrine offset with droplets of unusual tonka bean mayonnaise. Mains include succulent tranches of pork belly partnered with lentils, a sprinkle of dukkah spice and curlicues of crackling; moist braised lamb shoulder with slivers of dried olive; and the vegetarian buckwheat-and-mushroom broth with wild mushrooms, noodles and bok choy.

End the meal with bread-and-butter pudding topped with chai mascarpone, smoked cardamom ice cream and a perfect miniscule hot cross bun macaron.
