In time for spring

onewaterfront, the restaurant at the Cape Grace has just launched a fresh new spring menu, featuring light & local creations. The emphasis is on popping in for a breezy light lunch with your friends or business partner.

Featured menu items
Cape Grace Fish and Chips: deep-fried Kingklip served with rustic potato chips, homemade tomato coulis and tartare sauce.

The Oxtail Potjie: Cape Malay oxtail curry served with Basmati rice, mango atchar, coriander and tomato sambals with poppadoms.

Smoked Springbok and Gorgonzola Salad: fresh rocket leaves, caramelised pear, walnuts and balsamic dressing.

And last, but not least, one of Chef’s favourites…
The Karoo Lamb Burger: tasty lamb on a sesame roll with blatjang glaze, gruyére cheese, fresh tomato, chouriço chakalaka and ‘lekker skyfies’.

Cape Grace Wine Sommelier, Chris Weston has included a selection of five white and five red wines to accompany this menu, available by the glass.
