It’s Asparagus Month at Buitenverwachting

Asparagus aficionados beware, as the entire month of November at Buitenverwachting is devoted to the humble Asparagus Officinalis

With this humble vegetable as inspiration, Chef Edgar Osojnik will prepare such imaginitive dishes as green asparagus with Parma ham and olive oil or confit of chicken leg with asparagus risotto, as well as classic dishes such as green or white asparagus with Hollandaise or sauce Mornay.

A three-course set menu will be available at R165 per person.
