Heads up, Cape Town. Chef Luke Dale-Roberts of SA’s number one restaurant The Test Kitchen is at it again and this time he plans to expand the brand to the Atlantic Seaboard.

Chef Ryan Cole of The Test Kitchen has announced via Instagram that the team will be taking over and revamping Roundhouse in Camps Bay in the form of a new fine dining restaurant called Salsify with chef Ryan at the helm.

The new restaurant is set to open October 2018.
