Mike Bassetts much anticipated new restaurant, Myoga, has opened at the Vineyard Hotel in Newlands.

Myoga, meaning ginger blossom in Japanese, will build on the reputation of Bassetts other award-winning eateries, Ginja and Shoga, by offering contemporary global fusion cuisine.

Lunch will be a more relaxed affair, consisting of Eastern and Mediterranean inspired platters on a weigh-by-plate structure, while the a la carte dinner menu will include signatures such as Ginjas Greatest Hits.
