The Bubbles & Braai evening returns to the luxurious Grande Roche Hotel in Paarl for another round of sparkling wine and grills under the stars.
The popular event puts a twist on our favourite local pastime by pairing the best Methode Cap Classique bubbly with a traditional South African braai. Combining the skills of Bosman’s Restaurant’s executive chef, Roland Gorgosilich, with three select MCC suppliers, the evening is a fun, informal opportunity to sip bubbly and indulge in a sizzling braai of poultry, beef, lamb and seafood. While chef Roland and his team man the braai, three MCC winemakers set up individual tasting stations where they showcase their best bubbly. Saxenburg, Simonsig and Krone are confirmed to attend the first Bubbles & Braai evening on Monday 15 December. (Tuesday 16 December is a public holiday.)
Outdoor seating is arranged by the poolside and on the patio overlooking the sprawling lawn, with the central braai and individual wine stations encouraging guests to mingle and chat with the chefs and winemakers. Each braai event will feature live musical entertainment to set the scene for a lively, enjoyable evening.

Entrance fee: R495 per person
Accommodation at the Grande Roche Hotel on the evening of the event is available for R1 410 per person and includes entrance to the Bubbles & Braai event and breakfast.
