The menu includes Chalmar beef sirloin with mushroom purée, caramelised onion, potato gratin; a beef Wellington with mushroom duxelles, braised baby onion, vine tomatoes and red wine jus; and the Stellenbosch Kitchen Monster Burger, which comes with spicy aioli, onion marmalade and Healey’s cheddar, all piled high on a sesame bun. Desserts comprise banana bread with an Amarula crème pâté, banana ice cream and salted caramel; a dark chocolate and toffee fondant with white chocolate ice cream and passion fruit anglaise; and a raspberry mille-feuille with raspberry cream and vanilla bean ice cream.
