Prawn lollipops at Sabayon

Fab new restaurant and chill-spot, Sabayon Brasserie & Vodka Bar, which recently opened in Melville’s 4th Avenue, is a great new place to try out.

Perfect for excellent after-work cocktails on the outside terrace or live music on Sundays. There is also a full dinner menu. The food is highly innovative with a perfectly blended mesh of tastes.

Try their prawn lollipops flavoured with lemongrass, coconut and chilli for starters and the grilled duck breast with cinnamon, leek, carrot and oriental jus for mains.
