From seared tuna and ostrich cheeseburgers to cauliflower risotto with dark-chocolate jelly and warm chocolate soup with whipped custard, Neill’s meals are designed to be easy to prepare under pressure – and are perfect for recreating at your own dinner party. In addition to these impressive dishes, Neill also shares some of his clever recipes for his own snacks to keep him fuelled all day while cooking up a storm.

The series kicks off with a relaxed dinner party at the Camps Bay home of South African veteran rugby player, Francois Pienaar. Watch a premier now.

Private Chef will preview on Food Network on Thursday 7 April at 8pm, with a double bill.
