The new store is situated inside the Morningview Shopping Centre, and those who make the pilgrimage have a lot to look forward to. Bestsellers include crêpes with Choc hazelnut spread and pastry cream; and waffles with strawberries and ice cream, topped with a fresh berry sauce.

Savoury options include a creamy chicken and fresh mushroom crêpe, as well as the savoury waffle: spring onion, bacon and cheddar all baked into a waffle and served with fluffy scrambled eggs.

The brand started out five years ago, selling innovative treats at various markets. “Clients kept asking when we would open a shop, so voila!”, says owner, Steve Ryan. Waffles and crêpes are prepared fresh and from scratch everyday. “According to our Belgian clients, we make the best Belgian waffles and the finest French crêpes” says Steve.
