Having a crêpe day? Be transported to Paris by the glorious galettes at new Swan Cafe in Zonnebloem, Cape Town. Not only do they serve these gluten-free pancakes with combos like chicken with emmenthal, mushrooms, béchamel and truffle oil (yesss) and, for sweeter palates, caramelised apple with almond flakes and salted caramel, but you get to be surrounded by beautiful objects, furniture, crockery – and people.
