We went to Le Coq for drinks over the Bastille Day Festival in Franschhoek and there were a number of issues this weekend with delays in card payments going through.

After payment on my card kept timing out, I proceeded to pay cash - a few days later, the card payment went off and I contacted the manager and explained that double payment was made and he agreed to reverse the card transaction as I had given him the cash for the bill on the evening.

One month later and I have not been refunded and the manager is no longer responding to my mails. This is a pity, considering we stay close to Franschhoek and would have gone back to this retsuarant if this issue was resolved.
