ABIGAIL DONNELLY is Eat Out’s editor and food editor of Woolworths TASTE. Her accolades include winning the Galliova Award for Best Food Writer four times, including in 2008. She loves not only writing about food but lives it and dreams about it too. She’s forever finding new places to eat and discussing menu combinations with chefs. She spends her free time with her husband (who makes the best risotto ever) and shares her passion with her two boys: Jack, 7, who makes the best scambled eggs, and Matthew, 19 months, who just loves eating it all.

PETER GOFFE-WOOD has been a chef for more than 20 years and worked for several award-winning restaurants in London. He opened La Couronne Hotel & Winery in Franschhoek, and currently owns PGW eat, a food consultancy firm, and holds the Kitchen Cowboys cooking workshops. He is the author of two books and the chef ambassador of the Southern African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI).

ARNOLD TANZER is the owner of Food on the Move, a food consultancy. He’s also vice president of the South African Chefs Association and continental director on behalf of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies for Africa and the Middle East. In 2005 he represented South Africa at the Bocuse D’Or, and he was the Sunday Times chef of the year 2008. Arnold is the proud dad of two kids and a couple of labradors, and the fortunate husband of the gorgeous Marion.
