Bombay Brasserie, Taj Cape Town’s signature fine dining restaurant, which offers exceptional and authentic Indian cuisine, is being expanded and given a major redesign. One lucky Eat Out reader will attend the exclusive relaunch in September 2019, plus enjoy a night’s stay at the Taj Hotel valued at R7000.
While dining at Bombay Brasserie will be suspended during the renovation, signature dishes will be offered at Taj Cape Town’s Mint Restaurant & Terrace during the makeover. Mint Restaurant and Terrace has also recently undergone a revamp and it now boasts an expanded outdoor terrace for relaxed seating as well as and a beautifully revitalised interior space.
The new look Bombay Brasserie will feature subtle neutral tones that will be accented by bursts of different shades of blue to complement the intricate, yet colourful wall and chair designs.
Executive Chef David Tilly’s culinary expertise will take the original concept of artistic fine dining at Bombay Brassiere and give patrons a cultural journey through various Indian regions and taste influences. The new menu will also pay homage to local agricultural products and fresh ingredients from local suppliers in order to deliver the most sensational and delicious tastes and textures.
Changing from a 40 to a 70 seater dinner service, Bombay Brasserie’s popularity is undoubted.
The competition is open to readers in the Western Cape only and will end on Monday 2 September 2019. Transport to and from the venue is not included. Terms and conditions apply.
