5.1.3 ask us to update, correct or delete any out-of-date or incorrect PI we hold about you;
5.1.4 unsubscribe from any direct marketing communications we may send you;
5.1.5 object to the processing of your personal information.
5.2 It can take us up to 21 days to respond to your request.
5.3 You can request access to the information we hold about you or correct your PI by contacting info@eatout.co.za.
5.4 In certain cases we may require proof of your identity.

6 We will try to keep your information secure

We take your privacy and the security of your personal information seriously, but no system is 100% secure.

6.1 We have implemented reasonable security safeguards to protect the PI that you provide.
6.2 But no system is perfect and no service is 100% secure. So while we will do everything reasonably necessary to secure the information we cannot rule out unauthorised access, hacking, loss of information or a data breach.
