Banana and chocolate crunchies

Looking for a healthy afternoon snack? These crunchies contain no butter, and are wheat-free, replacing flour with ground almonds. They're also rather delicious.

Serves: 8

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes


3 ripe mashed bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2/3 cup ground almonds
70g chopped into pieces dark chocolate


Preheat the ovento 180°C. Mix all the ingredients together, roll the mixture into balls and flatten them with the palm of your hand. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
