Candyfloss Dream
Inspired by a great South African mixologist, Travis Kuhn. This cocktail makes use of candyfloss, and a simple cosmopolitan recipe, minus one ingredient. The idea is to create the wow factor and add the essential sweet element to the drink.

Ingredients
Method
Place candyfloss into martini glass. Then add Grey Goose and Cranberry juice into shaker, add cubed ice and shake and slowly strain over the candyfloss.
As you pour the mixture over the candyfloss it will begin to melt away before your eyes and form part of this cocktail, and more than just the wow factor it is adding sweetness to the drink.
