Cinnamon oatmeal with fresh fruit

Want to get beach-ready this summer? Try this healthy breakfast idea to help boost your metabolism.

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

4 sachets Bircher muesli
1 litre soya milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
honey
dried blueberries
strawberries
2 grated apples
ground cinnamon

Method

Combine muesli, soya milk and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and leave to soften for 10 minutes. Divide between serving bowls and drizzle with honey. Serve with a sprinkle of dried blueberries, sliced strawberries, grated apple and ground cinnamon.
