Lime and ginger Monkey Shoulder cocktail

Monkey Shoulder

This is one to make for International Whisky Day, the 27th of March.

Ingredients

50ml Monkey Shoulder
80ml Ginger Ale
1 fresh lime wedge

Method

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir gently with a bar spoon, a long teaspoon or a chopstick, until the glass feels nice and cold.

Carefully fill a long glass with ice and pour in your cocktail.

Garnish with the lime wedge and enjoy!
