Mango skewers dipped in chocolate

The perfect post-braai pud, this healthy recipe couldn't be simpler.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

150 g soft dried mango
100 g good quality, melted chocolate

Method

Thread the dried mango onto kebab sticks and lightly drizzle the dark chocolate over them. Chill to set and pack in plastic containers. Alternatively, use dried apricots or pineapple if you prefer.
