New Earth cocktail
Reyka, the Icelandic word for geothermal steam looks pure and innocent, yet has a darker side with its double-measure of vodka and a kick of black pepper. Iceland’s volcanic core creates a myriad of hot springs and its natural water filtration system creates some of the world’s best water. Ingredients
Method
Add the pineapple, lime juice and cilantro sprigs to a cocktail shaker, and muddle to combine.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and top with the vodka.
Shake and strain into a Montelobos Mezcal-rinsed coupe.
Garnish with an orange peel and cilantro sprig.
