Chef Elze Roome, whose cooking skills reach far beyond her tender 24 years of age, is a star of note. Start off with the exquisite roasted Parma ham and brie parcels with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. Then slice into quail stuffed with chicken, apple and pistachio. The hot chocolate velvet cake is perfection.
