Food
This is burger lover heaven, with more than 30 varieties on the menu, including several vegetarian options (and there’s nothing sissy about these soya, tofu or mushroom burgers), as well as chicken, lamb, fish, ostrich and, of course, beef patties. The burgers are huge and accompanied by fries, sweet potato chips or wedges.

Wine
There’s nothing pretentious about the wine list; it’s a decent selection and by-the-glass house wines are very reasonably priced.

Service
The waitresses look like they were born in bohemian Long Street and they invented the phrase ‘service with a smile’.

Ambience
The original downstairs section is complemented by the first-floor dining area with its balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle in Long Street below.
