Food
A clever and exciting
blend of Italian, Asian, Indian and
Spanish fare, in a mix the owners
dub ‘Meditterasian’. But don’t think
it’s a mishmash of overwhelming
flavours – things are kept
separate. The Asian duck, orange
and papino salad with deep-fried
noodles is something of a signature
dish, while the Asian prawn
and avo fan comes with a fusion
sauce that apparently contains 29
ingredients! There are some delicious
Indian curries, an excellent
kleftiko, succulent Scottish salmon
and delicious homemade burgers.
Wine
Some good South African
boutique wines on offer, as well
as French champagnes.
Service
Waiting staff are efficient
and knowledgeable, and they go
the extra mile to make you feel
welcome. It can be slower when
the place is pumping.
Ambience
There’s a vibey atmosphere
in the small restaurant with
crisp white linen and tables that
spill onto the busy Parkhurst strip.
And...
It’s difficult to know what to
choose from the menu – everything
sounds so enticing! (JW)
