her award-winning menu along
international lines but with a strong
French undercurrent. A starter
‘must’ is the nobu prawn cocktail
of skewered grilled queen prawns
with lemon mint and sake-spiced
granita. The signature free-range
duck breast crisped with honey
and pepper is a perennial favourite,
as is the prawn hot plate.
