The ostrich done with olive oil and roseparate was grilled to perfection and was a nice Leon cut. This went down well after my peri-period chicken livers,they had an amazing flavour and weren't too hot just right. I had no veg but rather a chopped meditterenean salad tossed in a tasty splash
