We have been going there for years to enjoy the beautiful terrace, drink chilled rose and we always have the great sushi platters. Best way to spend a few hours of relaxation. During our last visit I noticed a difference in freshness of the fish and also the rice quality did not seem right, it was not the specific rice type to be used for sushi. When I asked the waiter he advised me that, after checking with the chef, I was right and they now use 'Australian Rice' ??, didn't make sense to me. Beluga somehow is not the same anymore
