Very disappointing. The place is lovely, the waiters great, but the service from the kitchen and the attitude of the person who seems to manage it sucks. This is the third time I have gone there on invitation over the past 2 years and each time the kitchen service has been appalling. A friend of my daughters organised her baby shower today (12 people) and accepted the breakfast menu as advised by the owner. She twice confirmed with Susan. When we got there no food as per our request was done. We had to order from the menu. No attempt was made to rectify, or accommodate us. Only a half hearted apology from Susan. We waited for over hour and half for our food, although there were other people in groups of up to 8-10 people who arrived after us and were served before us. They were already leaving before the first plate of cold breakfast arrived. 10 Minutes later another two plates arrived. After 4 attempts to ask where our food was, it eventually arrived in little bits, with the last person getting food after everyone had eaten. At one stage a young girl brought two plates and asked me whose food this was. Really!!!! the waitress grabbed the food from her and took it to the correct places. Shoddy, embarrassing and so unprofessional. According to other people who've had the same experience, no attempt has been made to change anything. Get a new manager.
