having visited Jardine last friday 19th january 2007 this restaurant wouldnt be out of place either in Paris or Londonmy wife started with the assiette of tomato 4 different tomato dishes which included the best gazpacho we have evr experienced ,the foie gras with the roasted peaches also top drawer,for mains i enjoyed the calf liver lightly seared i can still taste it now my wife had the chefs signature dish of langoustine risotto again faultless , a dessert of spiced pear and blue cheese and a poached meringue with chocolate and mango ithe textures and flavours of every dish as well as presentation was sublime im sure this restaurant will be wowing customers for years to come
