My favourite restaurant went up even more in my rating. I screwed up my booking for Friday 21 November for 11 people and arrived with an entourage of 11. I had booked for Saturday 22nd! The superb staff, Alex, Jacques and Joubert sorted out a table on the pavement. What a great bunch - could easily have kicked me to touch. Had the superb starters suggested by Alex. Then chicken porcini which I find hard to resist followed by the Amaretto Semifreddo which is brilliant. 11 very happy people on what could have been a disaster! And really great coffee. A class act all round and in an area that you would not expect to find such an excellent establishment.Promoted Restaurants
