We decided to try out De Kloof restaurant and it was an amazing experience. On arrival we we're greeted by the owner of the restaurant and were taken to our table. Immediately felt welcome. We decided on the 5 course tasting menu. The exec chef came to our table, introduced herself and spend a few minutes with us. The food presentation and flavours of the food were amazing. Before we left the exec chef again came to our table and shared her interest and passion for food and new creations with us. I would definitely recommend the tasting menu for first time visitors. Now I know exactly what I will order from the menu when I visit the restaurant again. The ambience is relaxed and perfect for a peaceful, relaxed evening out
