Dros (Willowbridge)

I've been to Dros Willowbridge before and received very good service but last night was just the WORST experience i ever had at any restaurant. People walked out because the Manager didn't have the decency to come around and explain what was happening in the kitchen. We waited more than 2 hours for our food! The wait would've been ok if the Manager just apologised but we were left with NO explanation! Our waiter stood in the kitchen for more than an hour trying to get our food and when we finally got it, it was cold and the one order was completely wrong. Next time be prepared for bookings AND walk-ins on a day like Valentines Day.
