Fermier Restaurant

My vocabulary will probably fail me in writing a review worthy of the experience my girlfriend and I had at Fermier. As we were seated, I knew we were in for a special evening... white linen napkins set off by a dark wooden table, with impecably clean glass and silverware, my design senses were tingling and I knew this was a special place. Neither E or I are fans of seafood, but on looking through the menu for the evening, we knew we'd need adventurous palates, and we were not disapointed. The Crayfish was incredible! All in all, the courses just seemed to get better and better. Occasionally looking over my shoulder, it was so cool to see the three chefs masterfully plating each dish on the most beautiful, probably specifically crafted, cermic plates. Our waitresses, Jennifer and Chantelle knew each dish well and recommended two beauitful white wines that both E and I will go out hunting to find again. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who has a love for attention to detail, an appreciation for design and a love of good food and wine. Fermier ticks all the boxes like very few other places can. Chapeau ladies and gentlemen on giving E and I an unforgettable experience!
