Flames Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel

Flames share the great view of Joburg that The View does. We chose to dine here because the casual atmosphere was more appropriate for the kids than at The View. They even had a kids’ menu. Dinner was a feast. We had spicy Thai soup, seafood linguini, Norwegian salmon and oysters. The hot weather demanded that we have sorbet and ice cream for dessert even though there were many other delectable options. Fortunately we were staying the night so we could linger longer.
