A superb evening, one of the highlights of a recent visit to Franschhoek. We went to a wine paring evening at Bouillabaisse where all the wines served were from “Rainbows End” vineyard, where they only produce red wines. This paring was no easy task, but unbelievably Bouillabaisse managed it beautifully.Of special note was an amazing paella; and the seared tuna is also worthy of special comment, it really could not have been better. We also enjoyed the melt in the mouth veal which was served with seared polenta, excellent!!The team work incredibly well together, service is slick and professional. The décor sublime. Highly recommended.
