The entire feel of this restaurant was the obvious lack of experience. My starter, the scandinavian salad, was very good, a bit big, but very good. The cofit of duck was not very good. The portion was huge and the coriander seeds in the cabbage overpowered the entire dish. The casulet was too dry. My husband had the springbok and the sauce was burnt. I think there was a chocolate pudding or brownie or something which did not make much of an empression.I enjoyed the chocolate malt ice cream very much, untill I saw staff eating it straight from the tub! I think if you are going to have such a posh on show kitchen, that you need the team in it to be absolutely professional at all times.
