Highly disappointed with the overall experience at your Claremont branch last night. The waitresses were not particularly interested in serving us and were constantly chatting to their multitude of friends outside on the deck. We had about 4 different waitresses bring food to our table at various stages of the evening, food didn't all arrive at the same time and we didn't receive one of our starters. When we needed to leave quickly and didn't want to pay for said missing starter on our bill, our original waitress gave major attitude about not speaking up earlier and literally lambasted us for her lack of service and checking that our order came out the kitchen correctly. Having eaten at your branch in Kloof Street a few times, this was a major disappointment and I don't think we'll be visiting again any time soon...
