Upon arrival our table was accidentally allocated to another party. Your host gracefully prepared another table for us. So far so good. Then after 40 minutes no service was forthcoming. After watching 2 tables served before us, who had in fact arrived after us, we decided to leave. We approached the manager of the evening at the exit and explained our plight and said that we were dissapointed and that we decided to dine elsewhere His response was literally "It's fine by me! " Well that's great service and we wish you all the luck with your choice of staff..... But you've certainly lost one customer! Well done guys. Keep up the good work.
