We have foud a Pearl in Franschhoek, a wonderful champagne and oyster bar called Bouillabaise. the delightful choice of seafood is excellent and the right size of portions to tempt any size of appertite. My husband especially loves the calamari tubes, cooked to perfection, myself I love the well presented salmon sushami. our son who is 18 just loves it all.A varied choice of local South African wines are on hand and we were amazed on how helpful the staff were in helping us with the wine selection.what is so special with this restaurant is the interaction with the Chefs and the front of house staff, well done Bouillabaisse, we shall be back very soon
