Visited the restaurant on my Birthday to enjoy some different and authentic durban curries. However I seem to have gone to the wrong place extremely dissapointing for the price paid. The restaurant and atmosphere is very sad and needs attention. Lots of waitors just standing around and unhelpful.The food buffet was absolutely terrible. All of the curries except the butter chicken was old and seemed to have been boiling in the same trays for a few days. All the limit choice of curry limited and looked very old and tastless. Fish curry was clearly old and no chicken in sight amoungst all the black looking meat. All five of basically had to eat potatoes, vegatable pasta and Nan bread. Highly dissapointing had visited another restaurtant the night before which i would rather have gone back as the atmosphere , music, food and service was outstanding. Unfortunately I will never go back to Japur Palace again.
